Museum Square/Wilshire Vista

Wilshire Vista and Museum Square are two Los Angeles neighborhoods that are great for starter homes. Five minutes away from Beverly Hills, close to the Grove shopping and LACMA, containing mostly original Spanish, English or traditional homes built in the 1920’s to 1930’s, the price points remain a true bargain.

Wilshire Vista is located South of San Vicente Blvd and North of Pico Blvd, between Fairfax Avenue and Redondo Blvd. There are some lovely restaurants, coffee houses, dance and exercise studios on Pico near Wilshire Vista.

Museum Square is located North of San Vicente, South of Wilshire Blvd, around LACMA, the Craft and Folk Art Museum and the Architecture and Design Museum. An array of Food trucks gather across from LACMA each day. During the summer, LACMA stays open late and has free music outdoors.

There are many great restaurant and nightlife options on nearby Wilshire, Fairfax and La Brea Blvd’s, along with some fantastic Jewish private schools.
